Shipping & Returns

1.
These provisions lay down the rules ordering and delivery of goods on the website www.levelstreet.com.

Level Street men;s fashion is a Smart Consumer sp.z.o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at Solec Street 81B / A-22, entered into the National Court Register by the District Court for m.st Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the number: 0000443343 hereafter called the Operator Service.

When placing an order the Customer confirms that he is familiar with these rules, fully understands and accepts them. At the same time agrees to the use of ICT objective measures of contact for your orders or organized promotion,

These provisions regarding shipping and returns, and forms of payment and complaints are an inseparable part of the contract and purchase order.
In case of difference in the obligations arising from the contract and these provisions take precedence common findings.

Registered Customer agrees to receive information about new products and promotional messages and consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal. U 1997 No. 133 po. 833) on the protection of personal data.

Service Operator performs shipping orders to the address specified in the order or other form specified by the Client. Customer confirms that he the address is indicated by the address at which the courier can deliver a customer receive the ordered consignment.

Service Operator has the right to refuse delivery of the goods in the event of:
- Incorrect filling the order form,
- the contracting authority is indebted to the Operator Service,
- For any reason.

Service Operator is not responsible for the risk of damage to the goods upon delivery, for which direct responsibility of the supplier to whom the task has been commissioned by the Operator Service on request, when placing his order.

12.
The customer has the right return a product, withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery. To do this, you must return the goods to the address of the Service Provider with a written withdrawal from the contract.
The condition for the acceptance of such reimbursement by the Service Provider is the fact that the product is entirely new, unused and in original boxes with tag.
Customer Service Operator returns equivalent to the price indicated by him in a bank account within 14 days of receipt of goods. The amount of the refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping

13.
Customer agrees to use the product for its intended purpose.

15.
The customer is obliged to cover the costs of shipping product ordered by himself, according to the rates, which is dependent on the place of destination.
The client covers the shipping costs together with the amount for the goods ordered, depending on the form of payment, bank transfer or via online payment systems:www.zPay.pl or www.PayPal.com
Account shall be increased by the cost of delivery.

15.
All goods are shipped to the customer is achieved through the Polish Post, InPost or DPD depending on what the customer in the order form.
